Cold Steel had some plastic knife/spikes, very light. You could conceivably duct tape it to your body.

The GIN-1 in my Tether Knife has been very rust-resistant. I carry it in my pocket during the summer months and use it in damp conditions as a utility knife. I rinse it off after use, apply a little TuffGlide, and it's been fine.Originally posted by Tony Perez
How does everyone think the Benchmade Tether Knife would hold up in the aformentioned jogging situation? Would it be very prone to rust ?

Thanks for the great responses, everybody! I really like the lines on the LaGriffe, and it seems like something in titanium would really be the ticket for protecting against the sweat factor.
How do you guys wear your neck knives? Do you keep them sort of high up so that they don't flop as much? Do you wear them on the chains, or do you put them on paracord with a short length of chain to act as a breakaway?
