Defiant-7 is a new knife manufacturer started by Les George and Chad Nichols of Nichols Damascus. They have been making knives for a few years but have moved into full production for 2025 and they are crushing it. The Defiant-7 Talos is a button lock flipper with hardcoat anodized aluminum handles and a Magnacut blade. This knife was designed and borrowed from the Les George Midtech Talos.
