The above video is of a similar knife by me

bolster california buckeye handle stabilized lacewood
overall length 17 inches
edge length 10 3/4 inches
handle length 5 3/4 inches
blade width at heel 2 1/4 inches
spine thickness .080 inches
this blade is made of my O-1 and L-6 random pattern damascus hardened to 61 rockwell
this knife is very light in the hand and very sharp
included is the walnut presentation box pictured in my other kitchen knife threads

You guys have to watch the video, the tomato cutting at the end is truly impressive! Great looking knives. :cool:

Todd,
One of the only downsides about being an ashokan regular is that 3 days goes by so fast!!! Next year corner me and bend my ear for more than 2 minutes.
I look forward to seeing you next year.

This is also a demo of Salty's sharpening and knife skills. Both the knife and Salty get 3 second "Wow"'s.....very nice :).
