Need to delete my add and haven't found the directions to do so.

We (users) are unable to delete threads.

Go to your first post in the ad and then click Report to make the request. (Rule of thumb for thread specific changes outside user control.)


Are you trying to start a new thread with correct pictures or withdraw the item for sale?

If you are trying to add pictures with your username included, just make a new post in your ad thread. If it doesn't sell, you can start a new thread after 2 weeks. (Thems the rules.)

If you want to withdraw, report the post with the request. Before you want to withdraw as you'll need to wait 14 days from the original before reposting.



The rules for editing sales threads changed this year, so I'm not sure if they'll actually delete the entire thread even if its withdrawn.
 
Agree with BW380 with this clarification.

If an ad is more than 30 minutes old, it won't be deleted, based on Spark's instructions in this thread.

Effective immediately we are implementing two new rules to help curb scams and dishonest behavior in the Exchange

1. All for sale threads must contain a picture of the knife or item with a note showing the username of the seller, the date the thread is being made, and BladeForums or BFC mentioned on the note.
