Large 21 Insingo with stone washed S110v blade and a very subtle blue/gray ano job on the scales I'd actually buy it new instead of from the exchange like usual.

Thank
You for responding to the thread. I honestly didn't think they would have knives for sale. And that's okay maybe a sneak peak walk around or something. Probably not going to happen for me but I'll keep hoping. However I do need to buy my dad a nayla for his kitchen because he loves culinary and he about shit his pants when I bought him a clip point large sebenza 21 for his birthday.

They actually have all the current models on display and can be played with. Probably just can't buy the back ordered ones.

warning for trolling.
I'd like a CRK Laser knife with adjustable length, power setting, and cutting width features. It would be a combo solar and battery powered knife and would include a high quality image cutting sight. It would cut just about any type of material. I would have the option to change the exterior and laser colors, and the grips (scales), etc. Price would be below $250 and it would come with the great CRK lifetime warranty.

That is what I want my next knife from CRK to be like.

The name of the knife would be CEREBELLUM.

Are Batteries included ? If so I doubt they can do it for $250. Otherwise should be no problem.

Pete - A new high end type of battery with ten year life is included. Remember it is being continually charged because of the solar cells built into the handle of the knife.

Overall size would be about that of a BIC pen.

I love CRK.... But if there was one thing to change, it would be up the HT a little more. RHK has a slightly higher RC and it really shows in its ability to stay sharper much longer.

Other steels that would be amazing to see are, m390, PD1, 3V, Cruwear, or even M4..... I do not think I would be able to hold back spending all my money.

Yeah, my sebbie is mid 2014 so should, in theory , have the 59-60 RC heat treat. But I think it still dulls a little to soon.

I'm considering sending it to Farner, then I will know the exact RC and have the option to re-heat treat..

I don't know. From a business standpoint, why change anything of a knife that has been sold very well and has maintained perhaps the greatest fame in the knife world? I am sure CRK people know a higher HT of their S35VN and better steels are more desired (at least by people who have not bought any CRKs), but won't such new upgrades kind of de-value the value of existing CRK knives and thus make at least some current owners less happy?

Just saw this on yt, it's a test with the new RC I believe. And the sebbie comes out pretty good.

At the end of the video there is a chart of all the different steels he has tested as well. CRK's S35VN doing pretty good.

They should make a flipper sebenza. I bet you guys would buy it. They don't even have to upgrade it to bearings. because hey it's the worker it's gotta have washers.

They don't have to get rid of the sebenza 21 or the 25, or stop making either. But remember once upon a time there was only the 21. That way of thinking would have never brought the 25 to life!!

I would not call the thread a troll thread the OP had a legitimate concern that the quality appeared to be declining in their experience. I do think that really the issue is more the fact the CRK is an over-hyped brand leading to higher level of expectations from their products than a production factory is usually expected to do.
I never implied the quality was lacking or declining. I love sebenza and will buy more even with newer models or changes to come. I was merely hoping crk would see this thread and think of new knife designs since they already know how to make perfect knives. I would just like to see more/+ different designs, and keep the previous models if they could. Thank you pirate for trying to stand up for the thread and myself. I'm sorry if I misslead anyone into thinking this. I haven't been on in a few days so I missed the allegation comment. Fuck em for thinking ima troll.
Crk does not have to do a damn thing they are great knives alone where they stand. I also understand if it ain't broke don't fix ideology too. But clearly some would like to see some extra options. so thank you guys for your input. Other crk fan boys that don't want new models you're boring. Thanks guys there now I crapped on my own thread and moderators go ahead and delete the thread.

Something to consider on people wanting the higher heat treat on the CRK knives-
The blades are all ground in the heat treated state, which would probably start to cause problems or at least slow down production at a higher hardness.

Jonathan.nb Jonathan.nb - You need to edit the profanity out of your post; This is a family friendly forum- there is a place for that and it's not here.
By the way, we do not delete threads- ever -
Realize that you posted this in Genny D- We discuss knives here..good, bad or indifferent, you will get opinions counter to your own. Yin and Yang, if you are a fan of a brand, you can bet someone is also a hater of that brand. I happen to like CRK and am the mod for their forum, but they are not for everyone.
