This is just my ignorance to knives, as well as being new to collecting, but what is the significance to the joker exclusive Shaman? I see the Cruwear Steel. Just bought my first Shaman and was curious of the difference.

Well according to the owner of Knife Joker Spyderco only made about 500 of these so that is a very small number of them. But it's mainly about Cruwear. For my money is the best steel out there. Just my opinion though.

It’s a limited exclusive Shaman with black DLC Cru-wear steel and green G10 scales. Spyderco and other knife companies release exclusives and sprint runs with better or more unique steel, but mostly because people will buy limited runs of almost anything, including myself. For the vast majority of people, none of them are going to be much better than what you already have.

I appreciate the clarification! I am familiar with sprints, etc. just new to collecting for the most part. Thanks again!
