Thanks for the reply Pete. A clearer picture of the other side would be appreciated; I'm particularly interested in the stag texture.
 
Ray. No problem. Okay, slight problem. I'm not home and the knife IS at home. I'll be able to get you a pic mid morning tomorrow. The stag texture is pretty uniform from side to side. There are absolutely no cracks or gaps anywhere. At all. Al obviously used some really nice, very stable stag. It's a solid piece that you don't have to worry about at all.

Please include a picture of the cross-sectional shape of the grip. There are certain handle shapes that I find uncomfortable. Thanks.
