• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

I placed a quote in a message, and then decided not to post the message. I thought I had deleted the quote and the post. However, everytime I go back to that topic, the quote still shows up in the message box at the bottom of the page.

To get rid of the text completely, click on the Save Icon on the reply box tool bar and then click Delete Draft. That should do it.

Or delete all the text in the reply box and click the Save Icon and pick Save Draft while it's empty.

Thanks for the additional reply, benchwarmer. I never thought of that solution. When things on computers go wrong, I get frustrated very quickly and that does not really help.
Danke42, it worked, thanks again for the quick reply. The situation was starting to get to me.
