both fantastic. I think i am a buyer for life.

nice pictures boost, i had a delica some years ago and i just never warmed up to it. good knife it must have bben me cuz i see everyone loves em. got a g-10 cara cara about a month ago and it was love at first sight. the heft the size the blade config is perfect to me. if you had to pick one or the other which would YOU choose?

I'd have to go for the Delica if I had to pick one of the two. It's perfect for EDC; very light but you can get a perfect grip on it, it's natural to just whip it open, and it's razor sharp and quite strong.

The Cara Cara is great but you can definetely notice it pulling your pocket down! Heavy, heavy. I think one up/down side of the Cara Cara is how tight the lock is... it's plenty strong but it's hard to close one handed like you can with a Delica, which I also like.

Clearly, I need an FRN Endura... I would like the Delica to be a BIT bigger but it does everything you need it to, I find.

Agree...nice pics and the Cara-Cara in G10 look like a really nice piece.

The problem I have with the Byrd line (believe it or not, it isn't where they are made...) is the 'hole' drives me nuts! I just can't bear to look at it (hahah).

Seriously, it reminds me of too many knock-offs I've seen...

My dad has one in SS and really likes it so the quality must be there or he wouldn't put it in his pocket.

But that hole...that hideous hole...look away....look away...

the comet hole is pretty goofy, but it works almost as well as a real hole does, so eh... money has to go somewhere.
