• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Delica broken tip

Grownstar those look amazing! And look luck on the blade fix!

Thank you! Alas, I can't take any credit. Spyderco did a special run of these Delicas, and I think the blade looks wicked!

I would definitely like to see this profile on the Endura, Military or Resilience

ETA: I knew I had seen this somewhere before. One of our own (Jake Lucas) reground his Millie to a similar profile.

oh I really like the looks of that blade. Nice work!

I did a similar fix (reverse tanto) on a mule that lost its tip. Came out ok. That blade shape is pretty sweet. I used a Dremel cutting disk bc I don't have a grinder and the s110v steel dented my cheap file and may have slightly cooked the tip. Be careful you don't overheat it while grinding.

I went with more of a sheepsfoot style blade, and it turned out ok. I would've like to use a belt sander, but all I have on hand is a cheap, beat up bench grinder with stone wheels. Decided to do some file work on the spine, too. Didn't turn out so great because after I started, I realized just how worn my files were.

Let me know what ya think! And please feel free to share any delicas you've modded yourself!

I like how it turned out. It looks similar to the sheepsfoot BMgrip with the spydie hole.

On the plus side, you should be able to defeat a staple.
