dont make me regret my purchase, its bad enough i wont be able to sleep waiting for it.

i had a pacific salt, which is basically an endura, and id go delica personally. the endura is just more blade than i need on a daily basis.

Good choice on the Delica, hardly use Enduras since IMHO the Stretch and Military are better knives in that size.

i love it, wasnt expecting it to be so tiny but my last 2 knives are large so its a good change of pace.

You cant go wrong with that choice! Besides, your probably already thinking about the next one anyway. If your like me that is, we all need help.:)

I dont think it would be possible to collect them all if you mean every single model EVER produced. But hey, it would be fun to try if you got the cash.

I prefer the Endura. It fits my hand well, and works well for EDC in my front pocket. The blade isn't even as big as most kitchen paring knives, so I don't think it's enormous. I find it's a matter of what fits your hand and how you wish to carry it. For me a big consideration is how light it is.

Both are great knives but my vote is with the Delica. Fits the pocket better, less likely to freak out NKP. For most EDC purposes you will not find the smaller blade to be a compromise.

I just got a brown one like yours. Love it. I find myself buying a lot of Endura's but when I look in my pocket...it's shrunk. The Delica just seems to be a good EDC....for me anyway.

Same here. I just got the brown one 2 days ago. The Delica is definitely my favorite EDC (this is my 4th Delica.)

While it slices a LOT better than the saber-ground blades, the blade on this FFG weighs nothing! It's a bit harder to give it that "flick" to close it. Also, the blade toward the tip is so paper-thin that I'm afraid I'm going to end up breaking it :foot:

Hey, just asking, is the FFG blade on the new D4 and E4 the same thickness as the saber-ground one? I ask because the saber-ground D4 and E4 were already darned thin...so this should be a monster of a scalpel!

The thickest points are equal, but due to the shape, the FFGs start getting thin very fast from the top of the Spyderhole to the tip of the blade. On the other hand, it remains constant on the saber-ground blades until the last < 1/4 of the blade toward the tip.

I don't think the D4 and E4's blades were thin by any means ;)

I'm surprised to hear you describe them as thin - I think they are pretty over-built for a folding knife, in fact to the point where it makes them less useful as knives (although it's great for a rough-use knife that might be used for prying, screwdrivering, etc).
