Does yours look like this? Does it bug you?
Kinda bugs me. Not sure If I should bother sending it in (Highly doubt I will) or just use it.

it looks like its a hair off center. even if it's centered, if you use your knife its going to move a little anyway.

Did you try to tighten the pivot screw? For the price point of the delica I don't think it is a big deal.

So what is the point of the nitpicking? I mean, it's a low dollar production knife, not a custom. Sliding papers between the blade and the handle accomplishes what now? Weird.

Hot off the presses. Having pictures magnify it for me makes it look better than I thought it was. :)

That was primarily to tell if it was touching.
Just wondering if it was a normal thing.

I gotta get myself to stop expecting Hinderer standards on a <$100 knife

I'll give you the same advice I just gave someone else.

Stop looking at your knife under a microscope and just enjoy using it. You'll be much happier

The blade spine on your Delica looks to be much thicker than mine. Mine is the full flat grind version. I have plenty of room on both sides of the blade. It may be slightly off center but if so it has no effect on the operation of the knife.

If I had a knife as horribly off-centered as yours, I'd use it every day and never even notice. In other words, if looks fine to me.

And if it makes you feel any better, I paid about $65 shipped for mine last year. I have no idea where I would find one for $50.
