Delica owners....is yours off center?

The blade spine on your Delica looks to be much thicker than mine. Mine is the full flat grind version. I have plenty of room on both sides of the blade. It may be slightly off center but if so it has no effect on the operation of the knife.

If I had a knife as horribly off-centered as yours, I'd use it every day and never even notice. In other words, if looks fine to me.

And if it makes you feel any better, I paid about $65 shipped for mine last year. I have no idea where I would find one for $50.

It does make me feel better.
I think it will be in my pocket tomorrow.
My anxiety kicked in on me shortly after I got it.
It has been banished to my cabinet for 4 months. All for nothing apparently.

The one I recently lost :-( was fine as is my antique spyderedge molded clip one. I have eight or so different models and all are centered enough.

Delica was one of my first knives, i gave it to my father who now lives abroad. I missed it ever since. I had to get another.

I did use mine for a while before banishing it.
I liked/like it alot. But then one slow day I sat in front of the TV and started examining it.
