I recently bought the Delica 4 which has the TORX screws which hold the clip on. After adjusting the clip, one of the three screws has now stripped out the hole.

Not experience, but a solution. You can get new clip screws from Spyderco Warranty and Repair.
The screws are intentionally softer than the liner material they screw into. It's easier to replace a stripped screw than to re-tap screwholes in a liner.
A tip for the future - Screws often may be held in place with Loctite (or some similar compound. Application of heat (by touching the screw head with a soldering iron) will release the blue Loctite making the screw easier to remove and less likely to strip.
You can get that screw out by cutting a thin slot in the head using a thin kerf cut off disc like those sold in the dremmel sections of sears and lowes. Just make it into a flat head screw driver type screw to get it out to replace it. If you don't have a soldering iron a wood burner heated up will often do the same job.
