Delta 3v Recipe exclusive or shared?

Thank you very much for your work, thank you!
I am Knifriends from China. Could you please do some more detailed explanation about the delta heat treatment?
I know many Chinese friends and I are very interested in, but because of the language barrier, it is hard to understand in detail.

CPM 3V was originally developed as a tool and die steel. The original industry standard heat treat for it did a good job in this application because it minimized part growth and risk of cracking etc. Unconstrained by these requirements, we were able to develop an entirely different heat treat approach for 3V that maximizes its edge stability in a way that it takes less edge loss in rough use while still retaining good abrasion resistance and toughness. The end result being 3V that holds an edge better and shrugs off damage from abuse that would normally damage a knife.

So you’re telling me that the original has a base-plate of prefabulated aluminite, surmounted by a malleable logarithmic casing in such a way that the two main spurving bearings were in a direct line with the pentametric fan. The latter consisted simply of six hydrocoptic marzlevanes, so fitted to the ambifacient lunar waneshaft that side fumbling was effectively prevented. The main winding was of the normal lotus-o-delta type placed in panendermic semi-bovoid slots in the stator, every seventh conductor being connected by a non-reversible tremie pipe to the differential girdlespring on the "up" end of the grammeters, right?

Gotta love Rockwell Automation.

Welcome knife friends from China, please entertain our curiosity on why you seek such a detailed explanation on the delta heat treat? Do you have projects of your own you can share?

Gents,
I am going to speak with decades of experience in dealing with our Chinese “friends” in the area of technology transfer and technology THEFT that this is a typical attempt to solicit/elicit technical data. I would STRONGLY SUGGEST that all participants in this thread (and others) refrain from any further discussion of any details of this proprietary process—and others. Your helpful discussion and input plays beautifully into standard Chinese intelligence collection efforts by ALL parties, civilian and government. Every success in these collection efforts saves huge amounts of time, effort and money by our Chinese “friends and is the primary reason that the Chinese have been able to make meteoric advances in a short period of time that now threatens our global supremacy. ‘Nuff said.

Gentlemen, anyone with any time in this game knows all about the issues with clones and intellectual property theft...let's not sully this sub-forum by getting into an unnecessary and unseemly discussion devolving into us vs. them.

Nathan and Jo are no fools...and neither are your mods. Let's move on. If we need to step in, we will.

Thank you for Nathan answer patiently.
Very much looking forward to can have a you make knife!

Represent myself I'm very sorry, I can only apologise for the infringement of intellectual property rights behavior!
I know some people the practice of deep hurt each other's trust, but I'm not that kind of person, I don't even understand English, I rely on automatic translation software to communicate.
Because the control problem in China, some is not easy to try, is also learning useful knowledge, if to cause you confused, sorry!

Very sorry, I am part of the Chinese do not respect intellectual property rights behavior to shame.
I tried to do their own efforts to change the status quo, although my strength is small, but I'm willing to make unremitting efforts!
