Delta Mistress!!!! . . . Ouch!!!!!. . .

.

"Delta Dawn" was probably their High School fight song also!!!!!! ;)

Ooooh, baby. I see a few design touches that, if carried over into the production model, should be fanatically fantastic.

Congrats, Jerry!

All that comes to mind is.........
"Delta, Delta, Delta, can I help ya, help ya, help ya?"
Unfortunately now I'm imagining Ron, Garth & Josh dressed up like Tri Delt sisters. :barf:

[shudder] That's the last thing I need after seeing the Tinkerbell pics while at KC. :thumbdn:

That is definately a one-of-a-kind Mistress.

Yea, I agree, and yea, lets see the whole knife. Show us what you got for your B-day!

I really like it! (So that probably means it is hard to do!) Glad the B-day was a good one!

Yeah, I wanna see what Amy and Kendra got you! :p

Aside from the asthetics...the triangular guard hole makes a lot of sense if you were to offer grips with easily detached bolts...as opposed to tubes...the idea of triangular attachment holes offers much more rigidity if you needed to strap the knife to a stick and had to use spruce roots or whatever type of root as twine to enable the knife to be fastened. Especially if you could remove the bolts/grips to get a very snug fit. You could carve the shape to anchor the knife better....more so than the slippage caused through round slots. Helpful if you were wanting to use the knife to bring down bee-hives or fruit from trees...obviously more of a true survival situation...but then that is what Busse's should excel at IMO...

It often strikes me that some of the best "users" are the old school designs...
it would be nice to see a revival of these features. Certainly the Bushwacker is set to be one of the best "users" for me....

Nice Birthday present as well:thumbup: Not so much High School as "Old School" "Cool"....:cool:

Need to see more of those tri. holes.Anyone can drill a round hole.(well almost anyone)
