Tecnocut SNC and Fox Coltellerie have contracted exclusively with Delta
Z Knives, Inc., USA, to establish a sales and service center for the North
American market. The center will be operated as a joint venture with the
two Italian firms.
³Our distribution operation should substantially increase sales volume
among American and Canadian customers because of the added speed and
convenience of our in-country location,² said Barnaby L. Zelman, President
of Delta Z Knives, Studio City, California.
Zelman signed the contract with Mr. Giovanni Miniutti, Director,
Tecnocut SNC, and Mr. Oreste Frati, Director of Fox Coltellerie on the 25th
of February.
³Until now,² said Mr. Minutti, ³knife collecting Americans seeking the
quality and distinctive style of our Italian knives often experienced the
inconvenience and delays of overseas ordering and shipping. With a
distribution center in the United States, we expect to attract many more
American customers.²
Mr. Frati added,
³This business collaboration with Delta Z will benefit consumers in many
ways, including lower prices due to the cost-effectiveness of exporting in
large quantities and faster turnaround for warranty service.²
Zelman flew to Italy to meet the Italian business executives and visit
their plants located in Maniago, a short distance from Venice, where the
hand-crafted knives are produced.
Delta Z Knives has set up a secure web site where consumers can order
online: www.DeltaZ-Knives.com
Regards,
Barnaby L. Zelman
