I hear ya man. I noticed that if I took a picture while in the regular texting app thing on my phone and then sent that pic to someone then I could find that pic by clicking Files when uploading and it would load up instantly and already be the proper size and everything. And then taking a picture from files that I took outside of my texting with my actual phone camera and then it wouldn't load. Hope it helps
