Demko AD20 XL No Slot MagnaCut Textured Ti - The blade spine-scales/pivot/thumbstud/hardware/pocket clip/top of shark lock were modified to have a metal flake pattern/texture. The OEM texturing was polished. Solid smooth lockup/action for running on OEM bearings. The blade has not been used. Overall like new condition sans the modifications.
Comes with OEM Box, Pouch, Extra Springs/Screws/Standoffs/Spacers.

Do you know if it will affect factory warranty at all?

No it shouldn't because none of the parts directly contributing to the function of the knife were modified. The Demko's are pretty cool about people modifying their knives as long at they are cosmetic and not functional which these are purely cosmetic.
