I ordered an ad20s...planning to eventually swap out the scales....after ordering a BOGO ad 20.5(my first Demko models) followed by a full ti 20.5 slicer. Missed out on the Free Reign but it is also on my list. I haven't been this hooked since having started collecting knives over 20 years ago.

For the moment, this one is my favorite...

I could not resist the amazing price for a 20.5 for a user blade. I passed on the 20 with grivory as I am holding out for the day glow g10.

I am planning to drop one of the 20.5’s in the snow in the lovely below zero temps we are having to see how the shark lock/spring act under those conditions. After taking one apart multiple times and deciding on titanium standoffs vs a backspacer, I am really impressed by the simplicity and ingenuity. Really great design of the knife in general.
 
You said it, B. They are definitely permanent collection pieces. Even the piece made in Taiwan has all the quality of the U.S. made blades that I owned before I picked that last one up.

Next up will probably be something in titanium I just can't say no to...but we'll see.

I just don’t care for the feel. I am sure it is great as intended, but personally I think such a quality knife deserves nicer material. Just my biased opinion as someone who prefers Micarta to just about anything.
