Hey All, -- sold --
Here is a nice compact field / utility piece. Made from 5/32" thick S30V ( Rc 59-60) with 3 3/8" of blade length and 8" over-all length. Dual hollow ground, drop point blade profile. Satin finish on both knife flats and blade bevels. Full tang with integral lower guard, and thumb serrations on upper spine. Black canvas micarta slabs secured with (3) stainless hidden bolts, two-ton water proof epoxy, along with red fiber spacers sandwiched between the handle slabs and tang for improved mechanical bond and aesthetics. The handle slabs are also finished with what I call a "satin finish" as well. They are not polished (too slippery for real use) but finished at 220 grit and then receive a belting with a blue scotch-brite belt. This process leaves them with a very nice apperance, with plenty of stiction for work. The handle ergonomics are enhanced with a slight palm swell, and are flared on the front end for a very comfortable grip. Lanyard hole and length of black 550 para-cord supplied. Comes with .080" thick kydex sheath and belt clip allowing for both horizontal and vertical carry. The knife weighs in at just 5.1 oz's!
I'm sorry but the digital pics I took do not do the knife justice (knifemaker not a photographer) and satisfaction is guaranteed.
Sold!
Thank you for taking the time to look and please feel free to email with any questions.
