This is kind of weird, considering that I haven't technically bought a knife from him yet, but his patience and good humour thru the seemingly endless delays in the postal service getting my money order to him (6 weeks so far!!) moves me to recommend him as a "top bloke"

Ditto that,
He and I met in a hotel lobby when there was a lightening storm and lots of rain after he had been at a Anaheim Knife show all day and I had been training. Pure Gentleman and Honorable all the way !

I just got back from a trip to San Diego and Dennis made me feel right at home when I stopped by his shop (for the better part of the day.) His prices are good and his selection is GREAT. If you are looking to make a purchase, Dennis is your guy.

Heck, I didn't have internet access and Dennis kept me up to date with what was going on here at the forums. Great guy.

Dennis, I haven't been able to stop drooling since I saw those decorated Sebenzas. Why didn't you cover that display case before I showed up?

I'll be in contact with you about a couple of purchases in the immediate future.

Thanks again for your time and service.

Thanks Brian. I enjoyed the visit. It isn't often any of us get to meet face to face.

Send those design ideas in. You know what I talking about. All they can do is say no thanks.

If any of the rest of you ever get to the San Diego area, stop by and say hi.

Thanks again.

Was going to start a new topic, but then thought I'd just add to this...

Bought a Small Decorated Sebenza from Dennis and have only the best things to say about his service. This man knows the meaning of integrity. He arrainged, in less than 24 hours, to have a small scratch in my new Sebenza taken out by CRK. AND Dennis offered to pay shipping!!

If you don't think that is DEALER service, just check out the knife....

Thank you Dennis!

Fullfilled my desires with a cocobolo William Henry Lancet, very good service. Reccomend him highly.

Technically I have now bought knives from Dennis and I just want to reiterate: he's one great person to deal with

I just thought this one should come back to the top.

I've really enjoyed the correspondance with Dennis regarding knives he's got on hand and/or knives he'll be getting. Unfortunately, he's not set up yet for direct deposit of my paycheck--

-- yet.

Thanks again Dennis,

Purchased a Chris Reeve Sebenza from DENNIS WRIGHT> He spent a generous amount of time on the telephone and freely shared his knowlege and passion for the trade. Received the knife, exactly as he described/exactly when he said. I will likely buy from him again, would recommend him to another and would look forward to meeting him in person.

My only problem with Dennis is that if I go to visit his shop on my lunch break, I get back LATE!!! Not only does he have a great selection, he 'll bring out something to show you that he thinks is neat or noteworthy to share. He always has a couple of oddities hanging around that are sure to tempt you too, so be careful!!

It's nice to go into a knife store and actually speak to someone who knows what he's talking about. Now, if he'd just give me those Frontiersmen (124's) he's got hanging on the wall...
only kidding Dennis, unless of course, your tired of them

!
Hey, a guy's gotta try!
