I just received my custom karambit made by Richard Derespina himself. If you've never heard of him, take a few minutes,visit his site, and familarize yourself with him. If you are looking for just an ordinary knife then I suggest you pursue other avenues. This karambit of mine is an absolute masterpiece. It's a work of art. It's detailed to the extreme and I can tell he put a lot of work into it. This is the best fixed blade karambit I"ve ever held and I've held many. Not to say they are bad but they can't hold a candle to this one. My karambit is chisel grinded and the point is meant for some serious cutting. ATS 34 is one of my favorite steels so that makes this one even better. I honestly don't think you will find a better custom karambit on the market. If you're are still deciding whether or not you want one of his knives, well all I can say it that you won't be disappointed in the least. His work is one hell of a bang for the buck. Rich thank you for an absolute awesome karambit. I look forward to spinning it. :D

Rich is a nice guy. I met him at a past show in NY. His work steadily improves. Enjoy that new Kerambit.
