The micarta scales of all the mofos,have an AWESOME grip pattern to them that some have called a raptor pattern. It is different than the usual diamond pattern on the micarta of the green/black micarta ergos.

The ZT series had tan micarta but it was a different color than the desert mofo micarta and it had the diamond pattern. I am hoping for the mofo like desert tan micarta on this last run of ergos!
 
Ohhh I see, MoFo cut on E-Handle desert, Good Idea

My desert Mofo tan handle is really different in color compared to the ZT-SH. THe ZT handle is about 3-4 shades darker
 
ARGH!!!!!!! Just got home from playing fireman (VFD)and find out I'm way behind the power curve as normal:D :D

Got to see what the slush fund allows, hopefully I'll take at least one of dem bad boys:cool: :cool:
 
I 'll take one of those Desert Coated brooms. The compact model. Good for sweeping up wood chips after using INFI.:eek: :eek:
 
I'm sure they'll use micarta that's a good match.
That raptor pattern does look great though ;)
I was pleasantly surprised that my bead blast BM-E's handle is a lighter shade than the standard, it blends nicely. They definitely give each knife some thought!

Just can't swing it right now.....
 
After seeing the new leather post, does the NO have the clip point like on the Desert Outlaw or was that a one time offer?
