I Should stop looking at this thread and not ask this question BUT- what kind of sheath we talking about here? Since the OAL is 6.75" could you work up a pocket sheath?
 
The sheath will be hand tooled, right or or left carry, a pocket Sheath would be easy to do with a pocket clip.
The knife is not forged , and the hardness is 59-60

Damn it! I wanted it. That spoke to me in a rustic manner. (AND I was waiting for Eliot to come back knowing he would make something like this!....*grumble*)
