Just put the finishing touches on this one! It's a Chef's knife with some crazy cool Desert Ironwood handles.

I rounded the spine and heel area to make it very comfortable no matter how you like to use it. The front of the handles have a bevel to make a comfortable grip if you want to use the pinch grip.

The blade is ground THIN! So don't try and pound it through a frozen ham or something! It's designed to slice! I painstakingly hand sanded it to 600 grit.

Did I mention the crazy awesome Desert Ironwood handles? :) By the way, if you order quick enough, it'll be shipped USPS Priority and should arrive before Christmas in the U.S.!

Here's the specs.

Steel: .110 at the Spine behind the Ricasso, CPM 154 professionally heat treated, HAND sanded to a nice satin 600 grit
Handles: Highly figured Desert Ironwood. Some of the best I've had the pleasure to work with
Hardware: 2 1/4" Mosaic Pins
Blade Length: 6 7/8" from tip to front of handles, with a 6 1/2" cutting edge

Price = $SPF.

Paypal preferred at donaldlawson@gmail.com. Price includes FREE USPS Priority Tracking in the U.S. International Customers pay actual shipping costs and assume responsibility for the knife once it leaves the U.S.

(sorry for the shadows on the blade, it's raining here so I had to take pictures under cover :( )
