I just finished up this nice Petit Gyuto and it is now up for grabs!
This is the same model I made for myself in my kitchen and it is a great size for just about every task.
The profile gives lots of knuckle clearance. The rounded/polished spine and choil is very comfortable in a pinch grip as well.
The scales are some of the most colorful Desert Ironwood I have used to date, it has red, black and different honey colors as well. The pins are my signature hybrid copper/carbon fiber.
Here are the specs.
Oal - 10 5/8"
Blade - 6 1/8" (155mm)
Steel - 13c26 stainless (Sandviks version of AEBL)
Handle - Fantastic figured Desert Ironwood
Pins - Copper/carbon fiber
Price - SOLD $325 + $13 Priority shipping
Paypal or Postal money order preferred

Thanks for looking!
