Well, it saddens me to part with this but I need the funds for another interest.

This is a Busse Satin Jack with a desert tan coating, and green linen scales. Most people know it as the desert satin jack. I've heard differing stories on how many exist. The most common answer when I've asked around is there are only 6 of these.

Never used it, but carried it to the blade show and a few other times. The coating chipped near the tip, and I included a photo.

It is a beautiful limited run, and I hope I will come across one again in the future.

The knife also comes with a Chuddy Bear Leather Sheath.
$SOLD for the knife and leather. Includes paypal fees and shipping. USA only please.

If anyone has any questions feel free to e-mail at lemansblum5 AT yahoo.com.

I was fortunate to get a Desert Jack when they were originally offered, but I could not remember how many there were, so I did some digging and found this:
26 Desert Jacks
As Jerry said, not all DJ's had the two-tone micarta, and I think it is some of the nicest micarta I have ever seen. This knife is very hard to find these days. Best wishes on your sale!

Interesting, thanks for the link. So it looks like you just ordered, and hoped to get the nice green linen scales, and not the tan canvas.

I would be interested to find out how many of the 26 had these green linen scales.

Never in a million years thought it would be this difficult to sell this rare blade. Let's go $sold on it.
