Desert Tan Spydercos?

Is there a shortage of desert tan spydies? I mean just a simple Endura or Delica scale kit would be great - not necessarily G10.

Desert tan is not just for the sandbox - the color blends well with a lot of trousers, especially with a bead blasted clip.

I recall a sprint run of Natives a while back and that was the last I had heard.

You may be thinking of the Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom military-only Natives that Spyderco has been producing and making available to troops in Iraq and Afganistan.

The third model of the Endura was made for a time in tan, with a combo edge, and the metal parts were shiny, not bead blasted.

I have a couple, and one will soon be off to my cousin's husband in Iraq.

I can understand having some special knives made up for our troops. But how about some plain, "no-etch", Tan handled models for the rest of "us".

I'd like a desert tan Spyderco with a desert tan clip. It would be practically invisible clipped in my pocket.
