Designed my first blade. What do you think?

You're getting some great input here, from some pro's!

So I'll stay out of it.

Except to add: cuttin'est file in existence is: a Nicholson Magicut.
(Thank you,Daniel, from Daniel Fairly Knives for this tip, a coupla months back....you were dead on correct, sir.)

And to all you seeek, twistedMetafiles out there....or even us low pro filers, like me & IM & Just1 & Alan: you should Google:BettyMills.com,and order ya some Made In USA file handles....the ones yer looking for are called SkrooZon....nice wood, with an insert that actually cuts threads onto yer file handle so they don't fall off without unscrewing them....and they are ridiculously, insanely CHEAP.

The Betty Mills outfit is in Columbus,Oloho,USA.

You will never freakinBelieve what a file handle you get,for less than the cost of a large cheeseburger, and shipping is very reasonable, too.

Thanks for the tip Gnarly, gonna check it out for sure. Nothing worse than your handle coming off
while filing.

I like the design and the angle of the blade. Looks like you could really get a nice sharp cut when using the point . . . .
G, thanks for the tip on the handle, I just had one come off my "Craftsman" (???) for about the bazillionth time . . . duct tape just ain't cutting anymore . . .
Be safe.

I've drawn out some more plans, but none are up to snuff just yet. It would help if I could actually draw.

Ryan, Don't let the drawings bring you down. I absolutely suck at drawing, ask Bill! It will give you an idea of what you are after and than you can go from there. If my knives looked like my drawings I would never have sold one!

Thanks Chris. It's slow goings right now. I'm busy with work and trying to fix my Jeep so I can sell it and haven't had any time to refine my ideas. Once winter's here and I don't wanna leave the house on the weekends, I'll get some good work put in.
