Desk knife, utility or caper? Fossil Walrus and damascus "SOLD"

You can decide which it should be. Guard and pin are nickel silver and ferrule is sterling silver. My Damascus of 1080 and 15n20 with fossil Walrus Ivory. Blade length is 3 1/4 inches and overall length is 7 inches.
