Desk Set-fountain pen and letter opener

Only inked two or three times. Writes nice. Excellent looking set. Box lid warped so priced accordingly. $40 shipped CONUS paypal G&S only. Open to trade offers. My ex bought this for me; if it weren't for my frugal nature I'd drop them in a volcano. Well, that and there are no volcano's on Colorado.

Med or fine point and what type of cartridges will it take

I would say it's on the finer end of medium. Similar to a 0.7 mm pen. I'm at work and can't look but I believe it took standard ink cartridges like the ones sold by private reserve and waterman.
