R. Dewey Knife in O1 steel with Buckeye Burls Handle and 2 of his beautiful leather sheaths.
Purchased here in BF from the maker.
This knife is - as new - with minor blemishes from improper sheath storage (my bad) shown in photos.
Knife edge is originally as sharpened by Randy.
It has not cut anything other than bits of string and paper. I intended it as an EDC but found wearing a sheath knife impractical for me compared to folders with pocket clips. As it is I have no need for this very nice small knife - hoping someone here will give it a good home.
Very nicely tooled leather sheaths complete the package. One sheath is designed to carry high on the belt (with snap) and the other for more conventional lower on the waist.

Hollow ground, 1/8" thick, O1 tool steel
Hardness 58-59
Overall length - 6-7/8"
Blade length - 3-3/4" polished with 600 on the flats, fine Scotchbrite on the grinds
Buckeye burl scales with black paper liners, 2 recessed ss pins
Sheathes are hand stitched & tooled 7-8oz. leather
