I know what it's like to be a member on a forum, have someone new join, and post something stupid. Sorry If I did that here, it was not my intention.

I just finished Season 5 on DVDs. One of the better seasons in a great series. If you haven't watched the show, you're in for a treat.
There was no reason to have the original post taken off line.... It's a TV show and this guy digs props.
Stopping the OP would mean that every Rambo knife should be banned from the site.
We try to figure out what knives are on screen and that's fine, but this guy uses the 'wrong' title for a thread and the thread gets yanked?
Edit: Who keeps hiding my dang coffee!:grumpy:
He's a prop guy. He's interested in identifying and then reproducing a set of props from the television show, simply to be able say he's reproduced that prop set. That's what prop guys do.

Maybe I should just leave it where it is. I mean, if this is the encouragement I get to look kindly on your happy hobby, forget it.
I believe Esav is saying that he didn't deserve the snarky tone of Skimo's reply, which, in my opinion, he absolutely did not. I think you've made things worse by claiming you don't understand that, given that Esav's shown sufficient tolerance to restore the thread (which, in the eyes of many knife enthusiasts who are not familiar with prop hobbyists, glorifies the negative aspects of knives).
