No survival knife would be complete with out a grossly exaggerated gut hook and big nasty saw notches on the spine!!It was always my understanding that "survival" knives are not to be functional but just a cool place to keep your wind/water/earthquake/hurricane proof matches and a weeeeeee little compass

Next time I'm at the flea market I'm getting one! I think they still have new old stock from the 1980's! I had the standard compass model but my buddy had the cool one that had spikes you could add to the guard! It was actually pretty awesome...

Hey if I can make a hollow handled knife that is actually good I might, they are cool!

These will be made with the soldier or hard user in mind! They will be low maintenance, low glare and easy to clean.

This is exciting news.....I'm new to the DFK club, and I havn't held one of your knives (yet), but I am looking forward to all of your spring prospects.

To enter the DFK club, must one cut themselves with a DFK knife? only to collect the blood and sned it via courier to the next DFK club member who does the same, until everyone has contributed? at which point the blood gets sent to Daniel, and he uses it to "epoxy" the handles of his next (exclusive to DFK club members) awesome creation?

Because that would be rediculous, and I would partake.
