Diagram of Automatic Knives

Don't know of any sources for working drawings, but I'd suggest buying a couple cheap autos in the release style you like and taking them apart. You can get cheap Italian knockoffs for $10 or so at Blade Auction, and plenty of cheap clones of virtually every other mechanism too. Just my .02.

I dont know the url....but you can go to the patent office and look at just about everything......Jeff J sent me a url a long time ago with all kinds of knife inventions on it...they are out there...you just have to look.
