If you want to get into putting a very sharp edge on your knives, easily, then this is great deal for a Blade Master Knife Sharpening Kit which includes three diamond hones and holders. The diamond hones are medium, fine, and extra fine. In addition it includes two ceramic hones and holders. The ceramic are course and extra course. It also comes with a knife clamp, angle guide with handle, 3 guide rods, detailed instructions/angle chart, mounting holder, and a blue plastic case. You can get exact angles easily with this sharpener, and you can put a hair-cutting razor edge on just about any type of blade. Many similar kits don't have the very good stand with a base like this Blade Master has. The sharpener is made in the USA, Chattanooga, TN. $49.99 shipped. Check, money order, or PayPal.
The Blade Master uses 3/4" wide hones, and the hone holders are ergonomically designed for ease of sharpening. The four sharpening angles are 15, 19, 24, and 39 degrees. Please contact me if you have any questions. This diamond sharpener is in very good LNIB condition. I upgraded to an Edge Pro sharpener, which is much more expensive, but has more angle choices. The operation is very similar though, see video below.
Here is a Youtube video that shows a Blade Master and a similar Lansky sharpener in use. The commentator mentions that the Lansky uses diamond hones and the Blade Master uses ceramic hones. That doesn't apply to this Blade Master Deluxe system which has both the diamond and the ceramic hones. The diamond hones are for the finer grits, and the ceramic are the courser grits are for when you need to really remove some steel from a very dull knife.

Here is an Edge Pro video which shows that it is similar in operation to the this Blade Master yet costs in the hundreds of dollars.
