Nice mods, I'd love to see a video of those notches at work.
 
What attachment did you use on our dremel? Im planning on putting a notch in the spine and was thinking file first but a dremel sounds so much easier

I actually used three diffrent sizes one is right at three eighths the other is right at a half inch and the one I used on that notch where the blade edge ends close to the handle is one quarter of an inch that attachment came from a carving /engraving set from dremal.
 
Really nice work. But you guys/girls really gotta stop this. I have a lot of tools, but no Dremel Tool---yet !!! Another thing on my list ! LOL
