Did anyone get a 1099 from PayPal?

So, did anyone actually get a 1099 from PayPal? My GF sells on Ebay and receives payment through PayPal to the tune of several grand. No 1099 yet. What gives? Is it all bs? Or some secret threshold amount? Or just luck.

I thought they changed the rules to being applied beginning in 2023. I may be wrong.

Unless you're in certain states, like mine, where this started two years ago. Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Vermont, and Virginia.

I got a 1099 from paypal for 2021, but not last year because I didn't hit the $600 threshold.

My case is exactly the same except I'm not in any of those states.

Paypal just sent me another one of those "contact your representatives and try and repeal the 1099 requirement again. I thought it was a done deal for everyone for 2023. My state implemented it 2 years ago.
