There are multiple versions of the PM2 coming out over the next month or so.

The S110V hit first about a month ago and that batch sold out quickly. Now they are just trickling out. A few dealers get them in but they are quickly gone.

And, it's the holidays. Last year, even the base models were in short supply duing this time. It took weeks for my blacked-out PM2 to come in.

But not to worry. The S10V 'bluple' version is not a sprint run and will continue in production for some time.

No new s110v para's until the first of the year at least. And even then you may not know how far down the list of preorders you are at your dealer.

I decided to wait and not be one of the first ones to get this new version, although it is killing me. This is exactly the PM2 I had dreamed of: right color, right steel, right knife.

I'm just going to wait. I'll let you guys take the s110v and I'll snag the M4 while you're waiting on it ;)

I am not very familiar with steel types. What's the difference between S110V and M4?
I certainly don't know them all but one of the main differences is M4 is much more prone to rust/patina.

M4 is non stainless, but it tough as nails and its actually not as bad as people think or imagine it to be. The Gayle Bradley is uncoated m4 and typically it is very light stains on the blade. I'll be waiting , for the m4 cf version .

A certain dealer who sells knives on a National basis has some in stock. Just picked one up!
