Did anyone see the picture of the Nuke FMV8?

I was more about the satin/hand work on them than the handles. Figure if I get cool handed, great, if not, I’ll get some custom ones put on
 
I think they're doing high polish mixed with satin. instead of the comp. Atleast busse said the flats would be polished so the sculpted areas like the cbt grooves and the fuller will be flat and satin or high polish on the rest for a nice sweet looking 2 tone
 
They aren’t much to change out, and depending on the material, it may even be cheaper if you let whomever swap em keep it.

If I feel the need to change mine, I’m going with Tequila Sunrise canvas micarta. But I don’t think the boss man would give us scales that made the blade unusable

I am guessing there may be a good bit of tequila and other seldom seen materials mixed in with the really fancy stuff. May even be a little of that blow hole micarta left as well as some colors like OD and orange that you never see on a Busse. I personally am hoping for many GREX handles although unsure how they would look on this model.
One thing you can be sure of is that if it is a handle from the custom shop it will look great no matter what the material.

I don't know if Busse can legally put whale parts on a blade. ;)

Yup, I agree...regardless of what they use, the handles are gonna be stunners and I can't wait to see em start gettin posted up in two weeks! :thumbsup:
 
Don't know why I was thinking blow hole. Cold air blowing in I guess.

Any chance we can get few sneak peak pics of couple of Nuke models ? (Assuming any are made)
 
One multi I haven't seen lately was called "TacoFlage"(that one goes back a ways) wonder if that is still hiding in the Crab Shack?!!
