Rnpollard, I have to dig out my tape that is quite an amateur recording but has, I believe, most of it.
I have to find it and I am leaving town for a conference and be out whole next week. So, if nothing better comes up till then, I can lend it to you. Forget about the deposit, if worse comes to worse I will start posting reminders here on a daily basis
