Did anyone use their knives for during thanksgiving?

Whatever I'm carrying that day gets used every day. I was using my Freedom Sebenza that day.

I don't know if I'll get hanged, drawn, and quartered for this, but I had enjoyed Thanksgiving with a college dormmate. Since I was meeting his parents and extended family for the first time, I decided not to whip out one of my razor-sharp knives to cut the rare prime rib I had been served. It pained me very much because the only part of the feast I didn't enjoy to the fullest extent was trying to use the regular kitchen butter knife to portion my steak. I would have gladly even used my small Schrade stockman over this, but I feel like it would've been inappropriate? Maybe someone can correct me. Next time I spend Thanksgiving with my own family, I'll be bustin' out the Endura FFG for sure!

Used my L.R. "Butch" Harner slicer on 7-lbs of prime rib. I use it for all our special occasions. The right tool for the job!
