Whenever I click on a thread here, my spyware program tells me that Avenue A, Inc. is trying to download onto my computer. Now, I don't even know what Avenue A, Inc. is, but if it is indeed spyware then you guys seem to have hit a new low.

I doubt very highly that BFC is sending spyware to your PC. Most likely you contracted the spyware from visiting a site that uses it. But you did not get it from here. It is possible that you have an application trying to open in the background. This is hidden in the registry somewhere.
I have no idea what program you are using but it is a good idea to use more than one. Here is what I recommend:
1. Download Adaware SE Personal Edition and update. www.lavasoft.de
3. Download HijackThis and update. http://s89223352.onlinehome.us/mirror/hjt/ (When you run this just do a scan, save the log to a word file and send me the file so I can see what files you need to remove. This is tricky for someone without some spyware savy.)
Thanks for that info. And sorry to bladeforums if I may have made a wrong accusation! I think the problem may have actually been caused by the new Yahoo toolbar that was installed on my PC.
