Did CRK change the Thumb Lug Design???

So how are people getting them on the blade? When I asked about lugs before I was told that they're press fitted at the factory.

That type of replacement is thinner than the hole, so you put it through and screw the other way in. In other words, it's true that the CRK lug is press fitted, but that replacement isn't.
