Did I purchase a fake PM2?

Dang you all have good eyes, I stand corrected, that ricasso gap is definitely not right, maybe a sign of a stamped blade?
 
Wow I guess I didn’t look as closely as I could have. The ricasso is a giveaway. And the show side scale near the blade is too round in shape.
Anyway thankful to those of you with better eyes! I’ve learned a little about what else to look for when spotting fakes.

Definitely a fake and I imagine the action is gritty and tight too. There was an ebay seller a few years back admitting that they were fakes and selling them in the $20 range. The description even said that they were 8Cr13MoV marked S30V. The only thing that seemed legit about them was the laser markings on the blade. The boxes look perfect too but there's no insert in them.
