Did it.I bought a Starmate!!!

Hi and thanks to all who responded to my query.And yes it happened today. I went to my favourite cutlery store( they call me whenever theyy got something new) and checked the Starmates out one mo´time. I had one plain edge version on hold and was actually thinking of getting it, but then again the combo looked more alive to me( if you know what i mean) . Plus the combo edge was better fitted. The handle spacer were sitting more neatly between the scales, the G10 had a finer grain, and the tang indent for the stop pin was there( not on the plains).
Tough desicion, but hell wouldn´t want to wait for a perfect plain.
It´s in my pant´s right now.

You won't be sorry. I love mine and the cpm 440v steel is so sharp that it cuts really fast and the styling is also great

Congrats on your new knife! I also first bought a serrated one, but I had to add a plain one shortly after. While I carried both I prefer the plain-edge for everyday-carry.

Is the tang indent for stop pin really such a big deal? What is its purpose(the indent)?
