It is difficult to tell from the pictures.

Tell you what ..... I am willing to help you out ...... send them to me for inspection and I'll let you know.

Black linen was not an offering for these. It was snake skin or black canvas, now that doesn't mean that some with black linen weren't made though. I would have to see it in person to tell for sure. It is definitely black and not green. Nice set you got there brother. You just need the black with snak skin slabs now to round it out. Oh then there are the satin swedged versions with the black or tan canvas slabs as well. :D

Give those black scales a hot soapy bath, and see how similar they look.

I notice a big difference in the scales after they dry after the bath, compared to the way they look with my hand oils on them. Maybe this 'clean/dry' look will be more similar?
