Did these two this weekend.

First one is for my mom. Just a small, thin, sharp knife for her craft room.

The second is for my Mom's boyfriend. Just a random knife to use around the garage.

One thing I noticed is that the bevels look rounded. I came to the conclusion on my own knives that just because there was a spot ground it didn't mean it was ground to the same plane as the edge.

Since then as I'm bringing the bevel back from the edge I make sure it's "flat" before moving on to moving the bevel further up the blade.
