Did this famous chef just use a balisong knife to slice beef in kitchen?

am i mistaken or are there some folding knives designed for trimming fats off beef?

That's definitely some sort of balisong with a modified blade , even if it was some sort of specialty folding kitchen knife it would still be a balisong.

Hahahaha he's more infamous than famous.
He has really bad butchering technique, lots of waste, and never cooks the product well.
In addition to that, his balisong technique is pretty horrible

lol...all my chef friends said same thing...wouldnt pass health inspector but i think in abu dhabi those laws are more chilled.

dont know...i heard some good things about his life story.came from poor family, worked for free in restaurants around the world and opened his own business and quite successful.

being a celebrity chef requires some kind of eccentric personality
